As all of our orders are made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you require a faster turnaround, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will review your request.
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery to UK mainland which is £3.99.
Delivery to Europe is £9.50 and ROW £15.
Once payment has been confirmed, the goods you ordered will be delivered in accordance with the delivery method you opted for to the address which you have provided when you placed your order. All of our personalised goods will be delivered within 2-3 weeks from the date the payment is received in cleared funds.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase but because all of our garments are personalised, we regret that we cannot accept returns for unwanted items. You can however return faulty items within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please contact Beyond Cute at email@example.com and we will assist you with arranging your return. Please be aware that we can only replace the faulty item for the same product in the same size and colour, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, we will refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us. Please obtain a proof of postage. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or not respecting the washing instructions are not considered to be faulty.
